Task 2

A: How will you create marketing materials that attract audience attention to the game?

Marketing material such as TV adverts will attract attention with the use of cross-promotion with popular music celebrities. E-media material as well as channel circular advertisement on the App Store and Play Store will directly promote the game and be immediately accessible to the audience.

I: How will you generate audience interest?

Audience interest will be achieved by having a narrative in the TV adverts which will evoke emotions of enthusiasm and enjoyment on playing the game. Print adverts such as posters will feature a vivid colour scheme and graphical content implying ‘fun’ and passive chaos which will hint the adrenaline and pleasurable frustration from playing the game.

D: How will you stimulate audience desire to buy the game?

The TV adverts will feature in-game footage to directly promote the game. This will be exhibited via rapid cut scenes and upbeat background music to emphasise and essentially enhance the presented enjoyment of the game.

A: How will you promote audience action?

Audience action will be promoted with the inclusion of a web address as well as social media links to YouTube, Twitter etc.
